The Socialist ‘Squad’ Does Not Like America. Take It From Them

Prior to November 9, 2016, the media used to attempt to tell both sides of a story, provide context, and let readers judge for themselves.

President Trump asked for this standard journalistic practice on Monday.

“These are people in my opinion that hate our country,” the president said of the House Democratic “squad.” “Get a list of all of the statements they've made. All I'm saying is that if they're not happy here, they can leave.”

Unsurprisingly, the mainstream media chose not to do its job. Instead of showing two sides to the story, they devoted 24 hours of coverage accusing the President of racism, while ignoring the very lengthy list of despicable, anti-American, anti-Semitic comments from the “squad.”

“I think all of these things sound radical compared to where we are, but where we are is not a good thing,”says “squad” leader Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a socialist. “This idea that 10 percent better from garbage shouldn’t be what we settle for.”

Got that? Where we are (America) is “garbage.” It does not sound like she is too fond of the greatest nation on earth.

But there is much, much more. It did not take long to put together over a dozen examples of this band of extreme “radicals” denouncing America and spreading division and hate.

Ocasio-Cortez attacked our president as a “fascist,” smearing America as running “concentration camps” along the Southern border. In case she wasn’t clear, AOC said “never again,” invoking the Holocaust in her disgusting comparison.

The “squad” has issues when talking about that subject. Rashida Tlaib says the Holocaust -- where 6 million Jews were murdered -- gives her a “calming feeling,” before rewriting history and claiming her Palestinian ancestors lost “their human dignity” in order to provide a “safe haven” to the Jewish people. In the midst of her Holocaust distortion, Tlaib neglected to mention the fact that Arab leaders massacred Jews and met with Hitler, who promised the “destruction of the Jewish element residing in the Arab sphere.”

If you dare disagree with Tlaib, you are a “racist idiot.”

Of course Tlaib “absolutely” agrees with AOC that America is running “concentration camps” on the border. Meanwhile, the “squad” stands in "solidarity" against beds for children and votes against $4.6 billion in humanitarian aid.

“You don’t say America with an intensity,” Omar said. “You don’t say the Army with an intensity, but you say these names because you want that word to carry weight.”

But why should 9/11 “carry weight”? To Omar, the biggest terrorist attack on American soil was merely “some people did something.” To AOC, who defended Omar’s comments, it’s too “triggering” to show images when we Never Forget.

Omar always blames America first. After an al-Shabab killed 71 people at a shopping mall in Kenya in 2013, Omar said America should take responsibility. “Nobody wants to take accountability of how these are byproducts of the actions of our involvement in other people’s affairs,” Omar said.

Omar’s language is divisive. “This is not going to be the country of white people,” Omar declared after she was criticized for her flippant remarks about 9/11.

When she’s not asking for “compassion” for ISIS recruits, describing the terrorist group as taking a “radical approach to change-making,” Omar is hitting send on anti-Semitic tweets.

She has called Israel “evil,” claiming the Jewish state “has hypnotized the world.” She promoted the anti-Semitic trope that support for Israel is “all about the Benjamins baby.”

Omar was forced to issue a half-apology that still condemned AIPAC, the pro-Israel organization, which she accused of buying politicians’ support. Weeks later she was at it again, accusing Jewish lawmakers of harboring an “allegiance to a foreign country.” Even then, the Democratic leadership led by Nancy Pelosi, would not rebuke Omar and condemn anti-Semitism in its ranks.

These are not dog whistles. They are bull horns. Did the media jump on these outrageous anti-Semitic remarks? CNN called them “new Israel tweets.” Do tell. The Washington Post couched Omar’s comments as “alleged anti-Semitic comments.” The New York Times said Omar’s statements were “condemned as anti-Semitic.”

The president does not get such benefit of the doubt.

President Trump’s criticism of the “squad” has nothing to do with gender, race, religion, or creed. It has everything to do with a dangerous ideology that is antithetical to America’s founding.

The “squad” wants to bring socialism to America. We will never let that happen.

“This is not going to be the country of white people”
They want to eliminate them, after taking all their money.

The squad has resurrected that old canard that equates vilification of the USA with patriotism.

I’m sad that those 4 do not celebrate the diversity of this Pioneer-American and his ancestors. They might be evil people, sorry conservatives I had to say, I’m not a “respectable” conservative like David French.

The Socialist ‘Squad’ Does Not Like America.

Notice to the commie-jihadi alliance:

We Trump supporters know who you are and what you do. Your every attempt to destroy values and stay alive by usurping values from the rational value producers by means of deceptions, rationalizations, and non-sequiturs will be resisted and rejected by producers all over the world. Your days are numbered. As you lose power to make us suffer, we will gain power and happiness.

The lie is the weapon used most often by the criminal.

“Concentration camps”

Why isn’t the media showing us pictures of the horrid conditions in the “concentration camps”?

Why aren’t the politicians on both side aghast at having “concentration camps” in the republic?

Why aren’t the citizens she “represents” or of Texas rioting about the “concentration camps” in the United States of America?

Accomplices.

The lie is the weapon used most often by the criminal.

Prior to November 9, 2016, the media used to maintain the imposture that they attempt to tell both sides of a story, provide context, and let readers judge for themselves.
But in fact they are, and always were, constantly on the lookout for bad news. Journalism is in that sense inherently negative.

Because journalism has been a cartel ever since it has been dominated by the wire services, journalism has been able to insist that “journalists are objective.” But the conceit that “negativity is objectivity” is sheer cynicism.

The “journalists are objective” con has the effect of ideologically homogenizing journalism, and driving out anyone who claims to be a journalist but who does not go along with journalist groupthink.

Democrats go along and get along - quite well, thank you - with journalist groupthink. And journalist groupthink is cynical towards society and consequently (or because of the fact that) they are naive about government.

Consequently Democrats don’t get libeled at all, and Republicans are libeled constantly.

Yes, exactly. When it suits them, they can pretend they’re just trying to make America live up to its Jeffersonian ideals.

They’re really the *most* patriotic Americans, and we bigoted xenophobic nazis are too ignorant to give them the praise they demand.

In what skittle pooping unicorn and leprechaun universe was this?

The media has twisted, slanted and outright lied to the public since my grandfather was reading the news.

It’s ignorance like that that has us in the mess we are today. Since I doubt the author’s memory was initiated only three years ago, I can only surmise she has been asleep since at least the Gulf of Tonkin.
