The Company should have been SEIZED by the Feds using Civil Asset Forfeiture of a Criminal Enterprise, then Auction it off to Real Americans that want to HIRE AMERICANS!!!
This is one area where I could have my arm twisted into supporting civil asset forfeiture, if it can be established that a business owner has a demonstrated patter of knowingly hiring illegals, or failing to comply with specific simple, easily verifiable measures to screen his employees for eligibility.
Good idea, except some Chinese national or front would probably outbid everyone else, then they’d own even MORE of our chicken processors.
