The New York Medical Examiner's Office released its official autopsy report on financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein on Friday, finding that he died from suicide by hanging.
On Thursday, the Washington Post reported, citing unnamed sources, that Epstein's autopsy had found "multiple breaks in his neck bones," noting that while that kind of damage can be obtained by self-hanging, "they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation." However, Friday's official report concluded the bones were broken by Epstein kneeling toward the floor with sufficient force to break them, having fashioned a noose from a bedsheet tied to a set of bunk beds, the New York Times reported.
Epstein, 66, died six days ago in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan while he awaited trial on federal sex trafficking charges. Due to his having attempted suicide only weeks earlier and his high profile status, Epstein's death aroused a host of conspiracy theories that he had been murdered by powerful friends who feared he might expose their connections to his alleged pedophilic sex ring in his upcoming trial.
The fear of conspiracy was sufficient to prompt Republican Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley to pen a letter to Attorney General William Barr earlier on Friday asking that Epstein's full autopsy be released. Barr has pledged that in Epstein's death, “any co-conspirators should not rest easy.”
Epstein's death is the subject of four federal investigations, including the conduct of the guards assigned to him the night of his death.
NBC reported Friday that a mysterious "Epstein associate" had filed for control over the billionaire financier's remains following the autopsy.

It was never going to be anything other than suicide. The deep state is bigger than anyone ever imagined. I’ll say it again, it is like Project Mayhem in Fight Club, not in ideology, but in scope. There’s a moment in the film, near the end, where there are more members of project mayhem (the deep state in my analogy) than not. That is what we are up against, a huge cabal of police, lawyers, journalists, bankers all in on their little globalist game. The R or D makes no difference.

Screams were reported coming from his cell. People who hang themselves usually don’t scream. I don’t believe this hanging report at all
The screams I believe were win the guards found Epstein they started screaming telling him to breathe. There was no report of Epstein him self screaming
It’s been a real sh*t show all the way through. I just don’t see how a person could snap their neck and hyoid. I’ve seen people smash their heads, dive off beds and they’d break bones but not the hyoid. Petechiae mentioned? I guess we’ll never know since med records from an autopsy won’t be revealed?
Aside from the ME report the whole thing stinks to high heaven. Too many “Murphy’s Law” things like no video, off the 1:1 suicide watch, cellmate moved, two( not one) guards sleeping for a period of time, the photo( who and who takes a pic in a high security area in an emergency when cameras are usually[??] removed?
All this to say I’m not buying the Epstein story. I’ve worked high security hospitals and this is the perfect storm if to be believed.
Facts
1. Jailhouse suicides are NOT uncommon, particularly by pedophiles
2. Almost all such suicides are by hanging, ie strangulation.
3. The only items allowed in a jail cell that could be used to self harm can cause strangulation.
4. Murders in locked single cells are mostly unheard of.

In addition to the qualifications you listed that you think make you qualified to judge a cause of death you might want to include something relevant, like say, your medical forensic training, your experience with dead bodies, your familiarity with single cell jail cells, your work in corrections and law enforcement. In other words, in your own words you possess no qualifications whatsoever on this subject AND your ignorant blathering is incompetent nonsense.

Top forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht said only 1% of hanging deaths resulted in broken hyoid bones.
And I bet that one percent is not made up of people hanging themselves with a bed sheet from 5 feet off the ground.
