Full headline: Race-baiting revisionist history: The NYTimes wants to rebrand Americas founding to make slavery a central component

Slavery was the state of the world. It was the English-speaking world that put an end to it. This is anathema to those using Critical Theory to tear down Western Civ as a prelude to Collectivist Totalitarianism.

Slavery was the state of the world. It was the English-speaking Christian world that put an end to it.

They may as well hang a Harris 2020 sign out front.

LOL! Yes, please - PLEASE - keep running on that platform: "America sucks and all of you suck and should hate America as much as we do!"
Golly, the demoncraps have 2020 in the bag with that winning message.

I’m sure the NYT 1619 project has also highlighted that little Civi War wherein the United States rejected slavery.

"400th anniversary of the arrival of Black slaves..."
Noting the first legal slave owner, Anthony Johnson of Virginia?
FYI, Johnson was black.

The NYT is pining for the old days, except now they want all of us to be slaves.

These afro bigot, gimeedat race hustlers resemble nothing more than a bunch of roaches dancing on a very hot griddle. The clown editor at the NY Slimes, the one who insists on being referred to as a Creole, is one of the most odious

Don’t you know that if not for African slaves in America, America would look like Africa?

Racial division is a useful tool for the left. That’s why they can’t let the country get past the race thing.
To: SleeperCatcher
Slavery has been demonized. The forefathers had servants and made them work.

In 1619, there was no country and no constitution for the United States. Slaves were captured in Africa and shipped to the shores of what would later be the United States, mainly in the southern portion. There was no country and no laws which would control it. In the latter 1700’s, the country of the United States of America was formed. In the Northern half, the trend toward abolition began to swell. Benjamin Franklin was one of the early leaders. Over the next 80 to 90 years, it swelled into what drove the civil war which abolished slavery. The idea that the New York Times is trying revisionist history to inflict guilt on the entire country stinks to high heaven. They should be called on this effort by most all of us. They are really lousy for trying this.

“Slavery was the state of the world. It was the English-speaking world that put an end to it.”
That is so well explained.
