Just words, Chicoms will not blink, nor will Trump. Expect market turmoil until after election. Ignore the daily headlines, media will push doom and gloom from now to the election.

There will be no trade deals with China, but also don’t believe the fake financial media that economic calamity will follow. Its nonsense.

Machines running the markets will print much profit for their operators. Not so much u and me.

__________

“China blinks” if this report is true. I pray that it is true’

Maybe a blink or a dig at Trump “calm resolution” You know how the Mainstream Marxist media will take it.

They clearly have it out for us and have made themselves our enemy.

I may not like it, but I can at least respect their sentiment. China has and always will be about China first. The same with Russia, and one would hope any country would look out for their interests first. It's just nice to have a President for a change that is trying to put America first.

“I would like to see President Trump hammer them hard by banning the transfer of any American technology to them”

Well that would be a dagger to Elon and Tesla. Only the $160 a week slave Chinese labor in that new Chicom Gigaplant will allow him to balance the books worldwide.

Until and unless China puts IP protections into law and enforces them, this is just a delay tactic.

That wasn’t a BLINK. That’s just inviting more companies to leave the U.S. and operate in China. Raise the bleeping tariffs!
+++++
Oh yes, it definitely was a BLINK. Trump is threatening to force American companies out of China. That would be a hardship on Apple and the like but it would be devastating for China.

Apple and the others would move to the next lowest labor cost country in Asia, raise their iPhone prices a bit and go on with life. That would take some time but Trump is willing to do it and the Chinese are afraid he would.

For China - Intellectual Property theft gets more difficult, millions of Chinese out of work, entire industries disappearing. Not a pretty picture if you are the Chinese leadership.

Methinks Trump would be wise to form a team of recent FBI (i.e. uncorrupted) special agents to watch for illegal ChiCom campaign contributions to the Dems.

[[[They’ll just reneg on whatever agreement they come up with, again.]]]

China has reneged or cheated or ignored virtually every agreement they have ever made. They have ignored trade regs at will, lied about their economic condition. They are complete outlaws.

We need to ultimately disengage from them going forward or at least work toward spreading out the supply chain.

Trade is a form of military operation to the Chinese

Just the beginning all over again, but it’s at least a basis to go forward. Far to go.

I think this is where Trump can offer something to China. No tariffs between the two countries. What would be the result for something like that?

Exports to China are just .9% of GDP. This issue is WAY OVER HYPED, used as a globalist scare tactic by Wall Street “experts” and ANALysts.

Trunp will not be backing down regarding China’s behavior on trade....that’s not going to happen. either a “fair trade” or they pay.... it’s that easy..

China cannot afford production leaving it's country.

I laughed when Trump suggested Russia belongs back in the G-7.....China knew exactly why that was stated..LOL.

China’s choosing to stall because their no 1# goal is to see to it that Trump is not re-elected and they’re actively engaged with others in our elections. Their ‘soft spoken’ declarations are just a smoke screen for their real intentions.

...” They’ll not agree to trade fairly. They almost did once but walked away and reneged on the deal. They’ll do it again”.....

Which is exactly how they’ve worked it in NKorea for decades as they ARE N. Korea.
