The article prominently featured a guy called Walt Heyer - I’m pretty sure I watched a video of his a while back. A couple of salient points:
He said that most shrinks are afraid to treat transgenders as people with psychological problems for fear of LGBTQ retaliation, and hence transgenders who do suspect issues of that sort have difficulty in accessing professional care.
Meyer also said that through therapy he was able to realize that his situation (which ultimately led to him losing his junk surgically, after marriage and kids) ultimately traced back to his attempts to deal with his molestation as a child by an uncle, which evolved into a “dual personality” disorder that tied into the gender dysphoria.
Interesting guy (or former guy, whatever . . .)
So therapy to confirm your deviant behavior is fine, but the left explodes if someone wants therapy to avoid deviant behavior and the state bans it. That’s about it.
Anything that involves extreme medical intervention on an otherwise healthy body should be scrutinized. The medical community is part of the drive behind this, because it converts more healthy people into lucrative, longterm patients.

Well, at least information and the courts are swinging the discussion away from the validity of queerness. We have gotten too far from the Word and the word says this queerness is unnatural and hateful to God. That is all there really is to it but of course we have corrupted the Word.
Romans I 18-32 is just one set of instructions on the matter of queerness but it is really all you need to know. It is also all you really need to know about how you should respond to things that are just wrong.
It is liberal courts that put us on this path to conflict and misery and they had no business even entertaining any of the claims of the queers let alone sympathizing with them and forcing the rest of us to bend our rights to the corruption of a few. Maybe the tide will turn by more conservative courts. Maybe this will be Trump’s true and greatest legacy. What a shame we have let the law of man control us instead of the law of God.
