London mayor Sadiq Khan rips Trump for managing Hurricane Dorian emergency response while 'out on the golf course'

The mayor of London renewed his public feud with President Trump over the weekend by mocking the president for canceling a trip to Poland to commemorate the start of World War II only to deal with emergency response to Hurricane Dorian from the golf course.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan, who traveled to Poland over the weekend for a ceremony to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the start of World War II, told Politico in an interview Sunday that Trump couldn’t attend because he was “clearly busy dealing with a hurricane out on the golf course.”

Khan, who is London’s first Muslim mayor, also slammed Trump for disseminating messages he perceives as racist on his Twitter page. Trump and Khan first butt heads in 2016 when Trump floated the idea of banning Muslims from certain countries from traveling to the U.S.

Good way to monitor a hurricane is to be outside testing the wind.

Other heads of state outright declined to attend.

At least the U.S. had a qualified excuse.

Unlike London, Trump has good leaders in FEMA, DOD, and the Republican-led state of Florida to handle things per their jobs. His job is make sure that the US Govt’s response is top-notch and it has been as compared to Hurricane Katrina and the Democrats incompetents.

Khan is getting a “beat down” every time he opens his anti-American, Islamic hate-spewing mouth and the English people are beginning to see how bad the Islamic invasion has been for England.

POTUS Trump could "monitor" and direct resources after any natural disaster from anywhere in the world.

Ok, he shouldn't be on the gold course when/IF it makes landfall...but this line of thinking is outdated.

Must the president be in the oval office during such events? Very, very outmoded way of thinking.

It infuriates the left to know that POTUS can out work and out govern them and still have time for a round of golf. What has Khan-man done lately to help his people?

What does traveling to Poland have to do with the responsibilities of a Mayor of London? Answer - Nothing. Sadiq Khan-man went on an all expenses paid vacation to Poland and is trying to pretend that he was working. Trump gets more work done during a round of golf than Sadiq Khan-man has gotten done in a life time.

Awsome incompetence from the mayor. Trying to get people hyped against Trump to avoid them looking at his own corruption. London is now a third world shthole where all dictatos deflect by pointing at the plight of Palestianians and blacks...

According to news reports, President Trump spent the weekend at Camp David, MD. To the best of my knowledge, there is NOT a golf course at Camp David. It is located in the Catoctin Mountains near Emmitsville, MD.

Trump has been meating with people planning response.

What critical moment by moment decisions does he need or have to do as a hurricane hits a state? I nothing.

It’s not as if he has to tweak things.

This is one more gotcha attempt that will fall flat.

Trump and Khan first butt heads in 2016 when Trump floated the idea of banning Muslims from certain countries from traveling to the U.S.

A subtle one, but a lie nonetheless.

Trump floated the idea of banning entry to residents of terror-sponsor countries (with no effective means of vetting those coming from there) which (gosh) happened to be primarily muslim. Fox News would once have known better than to propagate such garbage.

Why are we devoting time and effort on Sadiq?

It’s fine if he comments on international actions of the USA, but this is an internal action.

Who cares what he says?

Why commemorate the start? I get the end...
