My optics for my hunting tend to cost about 2-3 times the cost of the apparatus they are attached to. Leupold are not cheap but the glass is pretty good.

My older rifles have older scopes on them and I darn sure didn’t need some app to zero them.
No iPhone to put apps in. No social media. Just an ancient desktop. An old car (250,000+) with no GPS.
Old like me. BTW, how does centuries-old technology like rifles get turned into something trackable by the government?
