Trump said he carries a wad of cash in his back pocket so he can leave tips.
He said he keeps the bills ready because he hasn’t “had to use a credit card in a long time?” so there’s no need to carry a wallet.
“??I do like leaving tips to the hotel. I like to carry a little something. I like to give tips to the hotel. I’m telling you, maybe a president’s not supposed to do it, but I like to leave a tip for the hotel, etc., etc.,” he told reporters aboard Air Force One as he returned to Washington, DC, from California late Wednesday.
The question was prompted by a photo of Trump boarding the presidential aircraft when a gust of wind revealed $20 bills hanging out of his pocket.

Any good business owner knows that the only way to accomplish anything is through employees. An owner must employees motivated. Trump learned this lesson as he built his businesses.
Unfortunately, many (most) managers just consider it a job and don't learn this. Successful entrepreneurs do.
Great - just great. Now all the Dem candidates will be doing the same thing - which wouldn’t be the worst thing - for them to actually spend some of their own hard-earned(?) cash...
Tips. Always a bone of contention for me.
Growing up I was told - you tip well if the service is good, you tip less if the service is bad.
My wife grew up in Japan where it was considered an insult to leave a tip.
She’s always looking to see how much I leave and hates - hates- if I overtip.
That being said I once tipped $100 to a cab driver for an especially fast ride when I really needed it.
I’ve also had a server chase me down and complain about a standard 15% tip....for standard service.... that one really torqued me.
And I’ve left a penny tip on purpose because of particularly poor and rude service.
Ah Tips.....
