When I was in high school (Catholic) started censoring the school paper. So we started an underground paper and sold copies for a dime. We had teacher ratings and a lot of other gossipy stuff as well, plus cartoons and jokes.
Sold like hotcakes every week and they barred it from the school grounds but it didn’t matter. We cleaned their clocks and they hated it but couldn’t do a thing about it.
A few of the teachers liked it and read it every week.
You can only use public schools and students for CAAs (Communist Approved Actions). Like for instance, letting them all out of school to protest global warming deniers.
Where’s the ACLU when you need them? No questions they were punished for their free speech.
I remember grade school students being taught to sing Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm Barack Hussein Obama.
I sorry, I had no idea that the "High School Athletic Association" owned or controlled any part of the school system or it's civics curriculum.....
