I haven’t seen numbers but I’ve heard a lot of people used the vaping devices to get away from nicotine. You can dial down the amount.
And everyone thought that the new chemicals were probably better than the tar. But there was no testing.

Yep. Only a year to the election. Best to just appoint a beltway committee to produce a report on vaping and punt the issue past November 2020. Maybe Horowitz is free? He’s great at slow walking things.
This is just a stealth weed industry sales issue. The problem is not the e-cig vaping. It is the weed-vaping with adjustable settings to increase the heat and intake settings to get a better buzz.

But trying to ban vaping is ridiculous. The problems are all with bootleg marijuana vape fluid.
Nictoine vape has been on the market for years and has saved
thousands of people from lung disease.
Walmart stops selling vapes but still sells Marlboros, give me a break. I bet the tobacco industry is pushing this somehow, and the President shouldn’t listen to any hysterical idiots who may be whispering in his ear.
