There’s a Treaty Between the USA & Ukraine Regarding Cooperation For Prosecuting Crimes?
DC Whispers ^ | 09/28/2019

Posted on 09/28/2019 9:37:48 PM PDT by Kevin in California

My goodness. It was passed when Joe Biden was a member of the U.S. Senate and then signed by then-President Bill Clinton.

A comprehensive treaty agreement that allows cooperation between both the United States and Ukraine in the investigation and prosecution of crimes.

It appears President Trump was following the law to the letter when it comes to unearthing the long-standing corruption that has swirled in Ukraine and allegedly involves powerful Democrats like Joe Biden and others.

Imagine that? A treaty. Since Trump is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in this country, I kind of expect him to pursue criminals. Part of the job description

Lol. So funny.

Liberals are idiots and nuts.

“To the Senate of the United States: With a view to receiving the advice and consent of the Senate to ratification, I transmit herewith the Treaty Between the United States of America and Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters with Annex, signed at Kiev on July 22, 1998. I transmit also, for the information of the Senate, an exchange of notes which was signed on September 30, 1999, which provides for its provisional application, as well as the report of the Department of State with respect to the Treaty. The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter criminal activities more effectively. The Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking offenses. The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records, and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state. I recommend that the Senate give early and favorable consideration to the Treaty and give its advice and consent to ratification.”

WILLIAM J. CLINTON.

It bad news for Hunter Biden. Wonder how bad a Ukraine prison is...compared to a California prison.

The impeachment of President Trump is a defensive move by the Deep State.

Ukraine is far less corrupt than the US government.

Hopefully they can help us.

See so many here talk about how google/facebook can manipulate 15 MILLION votes in the next election.

And everyone here seems to grasp how well propaganda and utter lies worked in Germany.

And yet they seem to think that the CONSTANT onslaught of the media and google and facebook and hollywood will have no effect.

It can’t be BOTH guys.

obama had his world wide apology tour for what America has done in the world, right?

Well, this is part of President Trump’s world tour seeking justice for what obama, Hillary, Biden and the rest have done in and to the world in our name.

Considering what Biden is on tape saying he did to Ukraine’s justice system, I’d say the US owes Ukraine for Biden.

They already have enough government corruption without Team obama bringing more.

If America needs to apologize for anything, it’s for our failure of a foreign policy distributed worldwide by Hillary, Biden, obama and the rest.

Justice and retribution are the best apology we can offer and that’s what I heard coming from President Trump to Ukraine.

It’s worth noting that Biden was in the Senate and on the Judiciary Committee at the time. So he quite likely voted to move this out of committee and again to ratify.

OK, this is actually huge. This makes the crap the dems and their whistle blower are doing a legitimate crime. Even if it was Biden himself Trump asked about, presidential candidate or not. They are obstructing justice and interfering with an investigation at this point.

Ukraine is far less corrupt than the US government.

Actually corruption is more endemic and widely spread, but at a lower, less powerful way. It’s more for personal gain than political power.

It’s hard, especially for foreigners to identify corruption or know who to trust. I liken it crossing a creek with slimy moss-covered rocks. You aren’t sure which ones can handle weight. A false move and you’re in the water. I’ve been there more than a dozen times and have been in water more than once.

I think it was Rudy who was holding this document in his hand while being interviewed last week. Yup... Bill Clinton signed it into law.

The Democrats are aware that indictments are coming in the Russia case and FISA warrants.

They are fabricating these things now so that when those indictments hit, they can just say Trump is trying to get revenge on them for exposing his corruption.

The walls are closing in -- on them.

POTUS and his team are "over the target."

Jesse Watters was correct last night on his show: it's "high noon" and the Deep State is making a final attempt to destroy Trump, before he destroys them.

The next several weeks will be profoundly interesting. Stay safe, Mr. President

Also, in Biden’s January 2018 CFR appearance, he acknowledges the need to end corruption (ironically) in the Ukraine.

He even says that President Trump is not doing enough.

I’m referring to the (hard to find) video where Biden says “six hours” and “son of a bitch”

Here is a LINK to EVERYTHING Biden says about Ukraine at the CFR meeting.

See 7:00 mark for Biden’s claim that the Trump Administration is not applying pressure on Ukraine.

Biden reveals other important nuggets in this clip. WATCH THE WHOLE CLIP.

I liked the point that David Smith made on Greg Gutfeld’s show, Saturday.

“How can you bash Donald Trump for asking the Ukrainian government to look into the corruption, when he’s (Biden) on tape, bragging about asking them not to look into the corruption?”
