Yes, looks like it was fully and properly ratified... It appears to be a lawful treaty in effect.

Ukraine should submit a request for the extradition of Hunter Biden. Joe as point man for the Obama operation is somewhat protected from foreign law enforcement. Must deal with his crimes local.
