It's hard to imagine this thing helping the President. I can't see his supporters turning out in greater numbers next year because of it...every last one turned out in '16 because of that filthy fraud from Chappaqua.
OTOH,I can see it hurting him at least a bit...with "independents" who voted for him in '16. Some might say to themselves..."well,I'm not sure that this is true but I'm not sure it isn't. I think I'll stay home on Election Day".
