Red meat has health advantages
Whenever I’m recovering from stomach flu (norovirus etc) when I get to the point of tolerating food plain hamburgers are what I eat and it never bothers the tummy but gives me much needed energy.
I met a young man at a car dealership over the weekend while buying a vehicle. During our visit he was complaining of a migraine headache “oncoming”. Further conversation revealed he did not eat meat.
Well there you go. No eat meat, then you get migraine headaches.
