With media reporting that U.S. Attorney John Durham has expanded the timeline and scope of his investigation into U.S. government and intelligence community activity during the 2016 election, theres an interesting quote from NBC:
Justice Department officials have said that Durham has found something significant, and that critics should be careful.
The expanded investigative timeline is now into May 2017 when Mueller was appointed special counsel, and would mean all of the preceding (and surrounding) activity leading up to Mueller would be reviewed. With that carefully in mind .
During the 2016 effort to weaponize the institutions of government against the outside candidacy of Donald Trump, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) was headed by Richard Burr and Dianne Feinstein. After the 2016 election Senator Feinstein abdicated her vice-chair position to Senator Mark Warner in January 2017.
While the SSCI was engaged in their part of the 2016 effort Vice-Chair Feinsteins lead staffer was a man named Daniel Jones. Dan Jones was the contact point between the SSCI and Fusion-GPS.
After the election, and after Feinstein abdicated, Dan Jones left the committee to continue paying Fusion-GPS (Glenn Simpson) for ongoing efforts toward the impeachment insurance policy angle.
Feinstein appears to have left because she didnt want to deal with the consequences of a President Trump, IF he discovered the SSCI involvement. Dan Jones left because with a Trump presidency the SSCI, now co-chaired by Senator Mark Warner, needed arms-length plausible deniability amid their 2017 operations to continue the removal effort (soft coup).
The trail for this plausible deniability process and ongoing soft-coup effort first surfaces with Dan Jones appearing in the early 2017 text messages between Senator Warner and the liaison for Christopher Steele, lawyer and lobbyist Adam Waldman:

First of all, it’s not even halftime yet...(2020 election is coming) and my guess is that after that election, the smoke is going to fly...
Like several others here, you seem to have no patience...President Trump has shown many times (and Barr works for him) that his timing is impeccable...People pearl clutch and hand wring when Trump does or says something unusual and if they would just wait and see how it turns out, they would understand what and why he did or said what he did...
IMO, Trump and Barr know what they are doing...
I pegged Barr as Bushite Uniparty man when he was confirmed. I expected nothing more from him than a Horowitz CYA type runaround. I dont think Barr needed to shut the Mueller witch hunt down, but he did. I dont think Barr had to follow the billowing smoke from Europe or Australia just to be seen going through the motions. Barr has turned over too many rocks and apparently is following the treasonous coup trail wherever it leads. Barr and Durham are causing way too much trouble for a typical DC whitewash. Color me optimistic.
The new cottage industry in DC:
Hymenorrhaphy for journalists and politicians.
It’s taxpayer funded and cosmetically enhanced with link-deletion therapy provided by Google, FaceBook, and Twitter.
And for neither of them is it a stepping stone to a next job that will bring them fame and fortune - unlike all the other sorry swamprats in this story.
Although there haven't been any texts released that would confirm it, there is congressional testimony by Strzok's boss Bill Priestap that there was at least an appearance of a relationship.
Didnt Watkins tell some of her employers about the relationship? Are we to believe she willingly went along with a charade that might have cost her her career?
“Neither one of them needs his current job.”
A very dangerous ‘asset’ amongst DC denizens...
Better put on your flame suit. A lot of people here think Barr is just swell.
I like this expansion. It makes sense and connects the old dots with the Mueller dots.
Well worth reading (and comprehending) all the way through.
Makes EVERYTHING fall in place.

I must say that I have been unwilling to make a decision as to whether or not Bar and Durham were on our side. This makes it clear, they are doing the job we want them to do. I had no idea there was this much convincing proof of the coup attempt. A couple senators will be going down and several FBI and CIA leaders including Rosenstien, the little rat bastard.
Bottom line...... looks like almost the whole government was in on over throwing President Trump.
One of the UGLIEST MEN ALIVE ..... inside and out.
That’s meaningless. None of the politicians “need” their jobs.
Wolfe leaking the FISA docs to Ali Watkins might well have been at someone else’s (Warner’s?) command, but there seemed to be a lot of evidence that Watkins was already the Kamilla to Wolfe’s Willy. IMO Watkins at least believed she was using Wolfe to advance her career, rather than being used herself by SSCI plotters to cover their tracks.
Granted, the lurid data-whore story is of little importance except for the way it was used as a distraction from the important, deliberate leaking by SSCI.
Verrrrry interesting!
Are you being deliberately foolish?
That would expose the entire Kenyanesian Usurpation and BOTH parties role in violating the Constitution and that will NEVER happen.
Something else worth noting is that when he worked for GHWB, one of his defining legal standards was his insistence on protecting the independence of the executive branch of our government from unconstitutional Congressional meddling. That's why he was strongly opposed to the old independent counsel statute, and was instrumental in getting presidential pardons for many of the former Reagan officials who had been prosecuted for their roles in the Iran-Contra affair.
