Not at airports and doctor offices and hospital ER rooms.

Not in pizzerias, diners and bars.

Not in the living room, not in the dining room, not in the bedroom.

Not anywhere.

Better late than never!

I have long suspected that the Washington Post gets the vast majority of its subscription revenue from federal agencies. I think some LARGE digital subscriptions will turn up, giving full access to the rag to all employees of a department or division.

In the world of trade magazines that focus mainly on a single company, that company often buys a “blanket” subscription that essentially funds the whole magazine. The Washington Post is the trade rag for the federal bureaucracy, and their behavior strongly suggests a similar financial arrangement.

If the administration sticks to their guns on this, I think it will finish off the Post.

Publish their budgets. I wanna see what else (of our hard-earned taxpayer monies) they’ve been wasting.

No argument from me there. Al-Jazeera is less biased

LOL... I know you jest, but the few times I actually have watched Al-Jazeera, they're muzzy and weird but in all honesty a much better news operation than CNN.

She characterized the decision as a cost-saving measure, telling the Journal that “hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars will be saved” by the cancellations.

Why not just tell the truth and say the decision is because the Times and the Post are fake news? Why lie about it?

Profitable does not mean expanding and growing.
