No, here's a key reason Virginia has gone blue: This is an email I received from our local (Prince William County) Republican committee head. . .literally TWO DAYS after having our A** handed to us by the Dems:

HAND ON THE BIBLE, I received this two days after Tuesday's crushing defeat. Why did VA turn blue? Enuf said.

Out here in rural Virginia some of the Republicans were corrupt. Not all, but enough that soured the ticket. We still voted 66% to 33% for the statewide Republicans (delegate and senator). But we voted against the corrupt stooges printed on the same Republican-sponsored flyer and sample ballot at the voting place.

Democracts are equally if not more corrupt as a group. But it is the one-party rule by Republicans that did them in here, thinking they can get away with anything.
