Rubbish. The number of adult males who are are exclusively or predominantly homosexual is two to, at most, three percent of the general population. Among females it is closer to one percent. Adult males who are at least occasionally bisexual is around an additional one to two percent. Among females the numbers are below one percent. So you are looking at no more than 5% of men and maybe 2% of females.
The mentally ill who suffer from gender confusion is also likely between 1-2%. This fertilizer suggesting double digits is a bold faced lie.
And why have a greater representation of other mental illnesses? Why not greater role for schizophrenics, psychotics, compulsive disorders?
