Portland Man Sues City, County, And Media For False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution, And Slander After Protesters Jumped In Front Of His Truck Avatar by Brock Simmons November 17, 2019 146 Comments

Citing false arrest, malicious prosecution, and a bevy of Constitutional rights violations, Mark Dickerson has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Portland and Multnomah County. The covfefe giving rise to the lawsuit stems from an incident involving a small gathering of Black Lives Matter protesters who were blocking the road, and Dickerson trying to make his way through the group. The crowd gets out of the way, except for one guy, who intentionally jumps in front of Dickerson’s truck, multiple times, while other protesters pelt his truck with debris and signs.

True title that was way too long for the 100 space title field:

Can you imagine how the protestors and their confederates in the “police” force laughed at this guy at the end of the day?

The Oregon governor, if I’ve heard right, is the enemy, too. Did they get a new governor?

No new governor. Any decent/competent person wouldn’t get elected.

They have a problem with decency and competency in Oregon. That fellow could drive a truck, so they just had to f@#$ with him. One fine day, they’ll be serving Sanger Pass Sandwiches made from fetal flesh at the Modest Proposal cafe. Open mikes every day, the more incoherent and profanity-laced the poetry, the better.

Wonder if the Portland police had body cams, and if so, had them on? Wonder how fast any cams disappeared after the notice of the lawsuit?

Discovery is going to be fun - obstruction of justice, destruction of material evidence, conspiracy to obstruct justice, unauthorized destruction of government property, aid and abetting rioters/disorder people, failure to perform their duties, malfeasance of office, false arrest, etc.

The mayor is in for some surprises too. The same for the City prosecutor - malicious prosecution - which, if upheld by an honest jury/court (Portland, what are the chances of that?). Law licenses going by-by in a real world Marxist Portland is Moscow West, Putin-style.

Excerpt, in case it was missed the first two times:

Portland needs to be boycotted, along with corporations that enable this wokeness (NIKE).

Clever, to go to FEDERAL courts.

The only way that the voters will get the message over there is if they get hurt in the wallet area.

She took over the Gov's job when the previous Gov, Kitzhaber, was forced to resign because his girlfriend had been shaking down state contractors for her own enrichment.

Because we don't have a Lt. Gov, the Sec. of State (Kate Brown) became Gov when he resigned. She was a long time Dem legislator in the State House. Her career there began with her being appointed to fill a vacancy.

She won reelection in 2018, and is just as horrible as you would imagine someone with her sort of background would be.

Per wikipedia:

Upon taking office, Brown announced that she would extend the moratorium on executions her predecessor had enacted.[21] She also signed a "motor voter" bill she had championed while secretary of state, to automatically register voters using their driver's license data.[22][23]

Personal life Brown lives in Mahonia Hall with her husband, Dan Little. She has two stepchildren, Dylan and Jessie. She is bisexual and is the country's first openly bisexual statewide office holder and first openly bisexual governor.[11][50][51][52]

You get the gist of it, I'm sure.
