” violated the states constitution”
What about the U.S. Constitution? They cannot add additional requirements beyond that.
To: rdl6989
...the “Presidential Tax Transparency and Accountability Act,” signed into law in July, violated the states constitution as it related to the president’s tax returns.******
What Newsome and crew ignored the CA State Constitution?
Who’da thunk it...

The law was so obviously unconstitutional that even the California Supreme Court had to strike it down.

No cajones here. They fully understood how they would be slapped down in federal court where this would not have even made it out of the Ninth Dist, let alone SCOTUS.And some of these robes have hopes of better positions with the Fed bench.

the california law was PATENTLY OBVIOUSLY NOTORIOUSLY unconstitutional and everyone could see it
but it is still great that a Commiefornia court was willing to obey the constitution this once
good job, court! (now, how about overturning all of CA’s ‘gun control’ laws, too....?)
