Then Trump is the perfect guy to fire him. Prosecuted for being in a photo with a dead raghead. Pardon me all to bleep, but I thought the purpose of our BEING over there was TO KILL RAGHEADS! So he thought he’d show proof that he’d killed one. What’s the problem?!

knowingly firing at unarmed civilians (who were not also posing a danger or shielding terrorists)....discipline sounds necessary

The article states he was acquitted of that charge. So we should discipline him anyway?

Maybe Trump should promote Gallagher to Senior Chief.

Spencer was Acting Sec Def— now he is Undersecretary of Defense,

The Sec of Defense is Mark Esper, USMA (West Point) Gulf War, 101st Airborne. 2 Years Exec. Director of the Heritage Foundation. Brief GWBush as deputy sec def for negotiations policy, legislative dir. for “Sarge Chuck Hagel” (obiwan’s secdef, Hagel a disaster rino who thought he was a foreign policy expert— like biden does),

Trump nominated him for Sec. Army Senate confirmed. Then Acting Sec Def until nominated for Sec Def, and Spencer “double hatted” until his Senate approval.

Spencer was briefly Acting Sec Def until Esper approval. Then went back to Sec. of the Navy.

Of interest: the Deputy Sec Def is Grover Norquist’s brother- and a financial management type guy- a budget analyst for the Army Intel and Security command. Zero military service.

Spencer was a Marine. A Marine as Sec of Navy— so there is that relative to SEAL connex (Marines can attempt BUDs course to become a SEAL if accepted). Think of other problematic Navy Secretaries (it is super strategic—nuclear triad etc.)

There is friction from certain Sec Navy— like obamaumao’s pain— Ray Mabus (who named ships for real jackasses and non-military people— Murtha, and Gabby Giffords???? John Lewis, still alive, and Harvey Milk, SF gay guy???). Mabus also “ordered” co-integration of male & females in basic training which HAS NOT worked out- to say the least. Trying to create “GI Jane the Marine”. Navy Public Service award to Sen. Vietnam Dick Blumenthal. You see where this is going?

So Spencer is operating under this history- with a whole lot to correct. But trying to interfere with the obamaumao generated attack on SEALs (who should not be photoing with dead guys— just kill the bastards) at the point of the spear with legalisms and comments about “good order” when there are major gaps in “good order” created by just this sort of legal mumbo jumbo.

Trump should send written order =Stand down on this, find a place for Gallagher, honorably, where his knowledge can be used. Dignity for service. And don’t take away his Trident- period!

President Trump needs to deal with this quickly before he loses the confidence of people who actually matter.

I keep seeing these posts accompanied by a lot of hyperventilation. And folks keep missing the point.

Trump reinstated Gallagher and his rank. He did not say he had to go back to the SEALs. The president then issued a Tweet saying:

“The Navy will NOT be taking away Warfighter and Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher’s Trident Pin. This case was handled very badly from the beginning. Get back to business!”

From the Hill:

The Navy responded in a statement, reportedly saying that it would follow “lawful orders” from Trump regarding the situation, suggesting that a formal order had not been passed down.

An indirect Tweet is not a direct order. I am a former line officer in the Navy. I agree that Gallagher was treated wrongly in this instance, but if the Tweet is all Trump has done, it is not a direct order. There are proper channels for that.

A staff review is in order for Gallagher. There still is some question of his suitability for any particular assignment that needs to be resolved, regardless of his pardon.

The SEALs are a very specialized unit. Not everyone qualifies. Very few, in fact, do. His actions may have made him unsuitable for SEAL duty. This review is to determine that.

Time for our Commander in Chief to relieve many admirals and a secretary for insubordination and derelection of duty. Promote warriors, not boot lickers.

Great Reply and Link.

These things really happened!

And it was more thorough and damaging than many realise.

Fundamentally, this was/is an extension (on steroids), of strategic and radical left wing infill and takeover of the DoD and Military Intelligence, from what some forceably retired General Command and Staff have referred to as the 30 year Clinton Admin Plan.

*This is a near mirror image of the German Brownshirt Societies (homosexual higherarchy’s), anti-Christian, left wing socialist NAZI purge from the top down, of German Intelligence and Police organizations, and German Armed Forces, prior to WWII.

The radically left wing NAZI Brownshirt ideologues had to take over from the top down, to ensure allegiance to radical left wing leaders, so what would be their radically immoral and previously illegal orders could be carried out. This was necessary to eliminate non-left wing compliant officers and servicembers, and establish ranks who would obey immoral orders to carry out genocidal orders, and if necessary, kill their own non-compliant German civilian population.

Since the Clinton presidency, left wing ideological leaders and molds have long pressured and impacted nearly every aspect of our armed forces, all the way down to recruiting stations. Today, much of this doctrine is accepted as normal.

While lip service and symbolic formalities are still performed, basic civil understanding of our political system and history, and loyalty to our Constitution are not required almost anywhere. In fact many ROTC programs I am familiar with heavily push female and gender neutral philosophy, globalist doctrines, and view points, and have watered down, or focus on the previously imperial nature of U S. military campaigns and mitigating foreign society perceptions. Think about that...

Enlistment stations are still wrapped in our flag, but personnel often stear clear of traditional patriotic language, and even push female and gender neutral friendly recruiting and numbers. In fact, they have had to go through additional classes/indoctrination regarding all of these things.

Additionally, following orders, Obama lefty’s who took over the Commands/General Staff positioms, made sure to officially establish acceptance of homosexuality across the DoD, and punish the non-compliant. This was blatantly anti-Christian faith to core.

The left wing maligned Chaplain Corp almost did not survive, and was intentionally designated as the main conduit of Obama’s DoD required homosexual indoctrination across the DoD), where chaplains were available.

As well, policy went out across the DoD, that servicemembers were not permitted to use DoD systems to read potentially anti-left wing news and information. On this point alone, I personally knew two Army E-7’s who received “Article 15’s”, for reading news from Drudge Report on OSIS systems in 2009 and 2010.

During Obama’s two terms there were a number of servicemembers who got in trouble for religous or conservative bumper stickers, or even briefly expressing something about their faith. *Many have argued these should have obeyed orders. However, these things would not have happened in recent decades past, and this is itself proof of the left wing embraced takeover of our U.S. Armed Forces. And this truly does go to the Clinton and Obama purge objectives, and policy from the top down.

All.is not lost yet, but what we have now seen is a multi-decade “NAZI reminiscent purge” of America loving, patriotic, oath to Constitution honoring command and personnel, from the top down.

While there has been some moderation under President Trump, many Americams are still very much ignorant of what has taken place.

This is what President Trump is now having to deal with. And these left wing types systemically riddle the DoD, similar to what we see throughout the IC, some of which are now waiting Trump out, and some of which are trying to carry out a real left wing globalist Coup attempt.

The left really is pure evil !

If the President fails to follow through on this, he will look weak. It is important that he not look weak.

I disagree. There is no required format for a military order. Many orders are purely oral (as in “Follow me!”). When your superior states his intent, order or not, the subordinate has no business publicly contradicting him. That is precisely what Spencer has done and it is unacceptable and intolerable. Maybe Gallagher deserved the Trident / SEAL status review board. But it is way too late for that now. Spencer and the Navy should have declined comment while they sought clarification. Spencer must go.

Think of everything that Spencer has overseen in his various Pentagon positions. And this, one Chief’s SEAL status, is what he threatens to resign over. The man is a clown.

Trump needs to send a formal letter to the insubordinate admiral, and the admiral needs to obey the order from his Commander in Chief.
