More stupidity from RINO senators. What entity will they level sanctions against? The cartels aren't a government, even if they control some of the Mexican government. They are criminals, though, so they should be dealt with accordingly. Putting sanctions on cartels actually gives those cartels some unwarranted credibility, but Sasse and Lee are too stupid or corrupt to figure this out.
