He and his partner, Steven Bryant, now face both federal and state charges steming from the raid and killing of the Tuttles.
The Libtards are pushing these Gladys Kravits Laws all over the country.
Horrifying
If ever a case cried out for application of the death penalty under 18USC242 its this one.

WOW!
Breaking News!
Officer Goines was dinking Gladys Kravitz.
uh .... oh .... Well.....
what I posted is fake but accurate./(cue Dan Rather
Surely suspension with pay is enough punishment for these brave heroes. After all you want them to go home to their families at night dont you? And We dont know the whole story and anyone who criticizes these hero officers is a cop hater (Do I really need the sarcasm tag?)
Goines was the lead officer in the investigation and in the raid. Goines was wounded in the neck during the raid. He could not talk. He could not get to his car, where the drugs were. He could not conspire with his partner about what needed to be done, and what CI needed to be used as a foil.
So much depended on that one shot, probably from Dennis’ Tuttle, but it is not super clear.
Over the last 30 years, how many people have been victims of Goines, his partners, the officers he trained?
If he had not been wounded in this raid, I doubt any of this would have come out.
But that is just my opinion.
Goines was undercover narcotics in the Houston PD for over 30 years.
I think all 10 members of the undercover narcotics squad that raided the Tuttles, had been undercover narcotics for over 20 years.
That just begs for corruption.

Don’t worry, they’ll add drones to the mix to get it extra special “correct” next time.
Now imagine Goines with a drone....
He had a throw down gun and throw down drugs. Dirty cop.
My BIL was a cop in the 70’s in Amarillo. He dropped by my house in his cruiser one day and pulled a gun from under the seat, wrapped in saran wrap. He explained it was at throw down gun. Told me everyone carried one. He got disgusted not long after that and quit.
Maybe he was diddling Darren Stevens.
The HPD refused to cooperate with the DA's office.
People wonder how OJ’s jury could acquit him. At the time I wondered too. Yes, there was racial solidarity involved, no doubt. But as it came out a few years later, the LAPD was no longer Jack Webb’s LAPD, but a pretty crooked outfit. Everyone in the ‘hood knew it. Officers routinely planted evidence, often on guilty perps to get longer sentences.
When the glove was found by an officer who leapt the fence to ‘warn OJ’ people knew that was a lie and therefore discounted the glove. Was it planted? I don’t know, but it was the kind of thing the LAPD had gained a reputation for.
They ended up having to free and pay (with taxpayer money, not their own) hundreds of really bad people who are no doubt enriching LA’s culture to this dayif they’re not back in jail or dead.
1,400 of Goines' cases are under review - nearly every one he's been involved with. At least on ongoing case has been dismissed.
Based on the photographic evidence, Gerald Goines, Steven M. Bryant, and Patricia Ann Garcia are clearly racists.
In addition to murder and deprivation of rights under color of law (18USC242), they are obviously guilty of multiple hate crimes for their actions against Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas.
Life in prison, among the general population, with no possibility of parole, is far too lenient a sentence for them.
Did the Tuttles have a DOG?
I wonder why our governer, Jay Inslee, sues our President all the time but doesn’t sue China for the air pollution we suffer in WA from China.

NOT THIS TIME!!
Zero evidence that any drug dealing or use was going on at the address...The entire story was fabricated...
Sounds like the kop was in the business of killing innocent people to justify his job and maybe his own drug habit...
And the moral to this story is to not piss off one of your neighbors — they can come up with some BS and you get a visit from the local gendarmes. Nothing like a few hundred grand in legal bills to get your nasty neighbor out of that home close to yours, amirite?
Maybe the next folks will be better...
The dog was the first one shot.
