Schiff is not mentally ill, nor is he mentally unstable, nor is he a lunatic or a psychopath.
He is doing what he knows he can get away with, because he’s been told ahead of time that the laws prohibiting such activity without a warrant will not be enforced against him or any of his fellow travelers, regardless of party.
The entrenched bureaucratic government is at war with POTUS Trump, and, by extension, every one who voted for him or plans to vote for him in 2020.
They will do whatever it takes to bring him, and us, down. The laws, at this point, don’t matter any more.

I don’t see it that way. He’s taking every inch of the political battlefield the GOP cedes to him. As long as he gets a green light from the GOP controlled Senate to continue this nonsense he will.
Maybe it’s just fear of being exposed should the Ukrainians really, really investigate corruption involving US politicians.
That’s why the dems went full retard on impeachment, they are trying to bury the real corruption.
