U.S. attorney John Durham issues a response to the DOJ IG report, saying his office does "not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.”
Simple logic.
Why else would Barr and Durham issue their statements so quickly after the IG report?

The time for talking has passed. Right now you have 63 million Americans realizing they have one man fighting for them and an entire US government who despises them and if allowed will never allow them to elect another president that they do not approve of.
Barr and Durham need to indict and put these traitors on trial. If not shut up and let the deep state take over the country for good because that is what’s happening.

It was Stephan Halper and he was paid close to a million dollars out of a DoD military account. If I know this then surely Durham and Barr know it. Halper was the one who set up Flynn using an innoccent Svetlana Lokhova.

Maybe it is faulty memory but it seems like simple logic is not as common here as it used to be.

The IG process reminds me of the 360 degree annual review process where you are asked to provide feedback on your peers and your managers performance.

All IGs are separately authorized from their Cabinet departments and answer directly to Congress. IGs do not serve at the pleasure of the president like regular Executive Branch department heads.

I’m wondering if lying to or withholding evidence from the IG is a separate criminal offense. Of course Durham has other evidence that the DOJ either doesn’t have, or, did not turn over or events/conversations that witnesses did not admit.

I don’t think so ... He cut him with a very sharp knife, so sharp that people won’t know it till they see the blood.
So, the the Anti-Trumpers got to the IG. They got what they wanted. I wonder what pressure was used to come up with this obviously well-watered down report. So sad!!!
IG report will provide, hopefully, factual specific info.
Matters not how the report “interprets” it.
AFAICT Durham didn’t comment on his investigation. He commented on the report just released in the vaguest possible terms.

These two are pretty high up in the food chain in this whole story .. I’m guessing Durham hasn’t talked to them yet because he has already taken testimony from people who can hurt them badly!
