Democrats plan to announce articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday, a senior Democratic aide told NBC News on Monday night.

The Washington Post, citing three officials, reported Monday night that the two articles were expected to allege abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. NBC News hasn't confirmed the report.

If I were Trump, I would say, 'I will forego a Senate Trial if and only if, Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler agree to sign, and declare under the penalty of perjury, an Agreement of Affirmative Defenses:

• Vindman called Ciaramella and said 'you report this, I'm under UCMJ'
• Schiff met Ciaramella before the report filing
• Schiff hired Misko to alter the reporting form
• Schiff discussed how to shape Vindman's reporting with Ciaramella and Misko
• Pelosi then met with Schiff and they agreed to cut Nadler out of everything but the necessity of producing the Articles in his Committee
• Pelosi was also then made fully aware of all of the foregoing conspiracy between Schiff, Ciaramella, and Vindman
• All 3 must agree with the conclusion of the Mueller Report that there was no collusion with Russia
• All 3 must agree that the Ukrainian call does not rise to an impeachable offense
• All 3 must agree that they conspired to fully deny the President any opportunity to cross-examine Ciaramella, Vindman, and Schiff
• All 3 must agree that no further Impeachment Articles will be filed during Trump's 2 terms

Knowing how the democRATS work, they would have had the articles of impeachment already drawn up when Schiff started his super secret Schitt show in the basement of the capitol.

And then they would have manipulated the process so they could back in their witnesses and their testimony to fit the charges.

All of it 2nd and 3rd hand, hearsay, gossip, hurt feelings and opinions but no hard evidence, except the president's transcript of the infamous call, so they could come up with enough of a narrative to fit their charges.

They'll announce their charges or articles of impeachment tomorrow but they will have no hard facts to back themselves up or prove their case.

This impeachment process by the democRATS has been an amateurish effort at best and a total reflection of their incompetence at worst. They aren't even trying for this to look professional anymore.

Pelosi should have used better players than Schitt and Fat Nads running the show. They're both an embarrassment to the congress and the democRAT party in particular.

i don’t think “obstruction of Congress” is even a thing, and “abuse of power” is a vague notion only in the eyes of the beholders, and hardly rises to the level of a “high crime or misdemeanor” ...

besides, what happened to “quid pro quo”, “extortion” and “bribery”? ... seems to be a major shift in what the fake Schiff hearings were all about ...

if all of these anonymously sourced claims are actually true, the Dems are in a real world of hurt and don’t know whether to poop or wind their watches ...
