Joe Biden is promising to not comply if subpoenaed by lawmakers to testify at the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump in the United States Senate.
The former vice president, who had already ruled out voluntarily testifying at the impeachment proceedings, told NPR in an interview published on Monday he would not cooperate with a subpoena.

Biden is not holding any office right now. He is immune to impeachment right now. But if he gets elected president and House turns republican, Biden is at high risk of impeachment.

You’d think if he did nothing wrong he’d want to appear under oath and scream it from the rooftops.
Would love to see him hauled in in handcuffs and told that he’d be held in contempt if he didn’t answer questions and also if he lies.

The President has executive privilege. Joe Biden doesn’t. It would be funny if they sent US Marshals over and forced him to appear.
Why does the democrat party get away with this kind of thing?
He is obstructing Congress. Impeach him.
He does not have Executive Privilege anymore. Send the Sgt-at-Arms out for him and drag him in in handcuffs.
