The Resist movement....

All impeachment all the time, political judges...never ends. Got to give them some credit...they do persist. And in the last election, not like they were punished for it.

National security issue that a judge has no no say in.

I figure there are only so many meaningless judicial degrees that RBG can be gotten out of her death bed to listen to before she croaks. Here’s another one that will get slapped down.

“a federal judge ruled that Pentagon funds totaling $3.6 billion diverted for 11 construction projects along the southern border could not be used for wall construction.”

The government is full of mini emperors now. When will SCOTUS act to limit the unlimited power of these judges. If they don’t why do we need SCOTUS at all?

Follow no court ruling unless the judge(s) was appointed by Trump.

Chief Justice of the Western District of Texas farmed out the case to a semi-retired (”senior”) judge nominated by Clinton. His court is dominated by Republicans, 9-4 (12-5 counting senior judges). The 5th circuit appeals court is similarly dominated by conservatives.

Hi.

In the fwiw department, SCOTUS has already decided the President has the authority to declare a national emergency at the southern border. Or anywhere else.

This court is deciding which funds must be used, and which funds can’t. Judicial over reach...

This analysis is based upon the article and its veracity.

Ann Coulter, you need to read this article.
This is only the most recent manufactured Judicial road block
to The Wall. It slows the process, but will not stop the process. So just cool your jets a little bit.

Briones was nominated to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas by President Bill Clinton on August 25, 1994, to a seat vacated by Lucius Bunton. The American Bar Association rated Briones Unanimously Qualified for the nomination. Hearings on Briones’ nomination were held before the Senate Judiciary Committee on October 6, 1994, and his nomination was reported by then-U.S. Sen. Joseph Biden (D-Del.) the same day. Briones was confirmed on a voice vote of the U.S. Senate on October 7, 1994, and he received his commission on October 11, 1994. Briones elected to take senior status beginning on February 26, 2009. He was succeeded in this position by Judge David Guaderrama.

I am skeptical that district courts have the authority to enter universal injunctions. These injunctions did not emerge until a century and a half after the founding. And they appear to be inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts. If their popularity continues, this Court must address their legality
