The Hallmark Channel pulled four TV ads that featured a lesbian couple getting married and kissing after a petition by a conservative group received thousands of signatures.
The ads, which first aired on the channel on Dec. 2, are for wedding planning website Zola. The four ads that were pulled were part of a larger six-ad series, The New York Times reported.
Earlier this week, One Million Moms, a branch of the American Family Association, posted a petition about the ads, saying, "The Hallmark Channel has always been known for its family friendly movies. Even its commercials are usually safe for family viewing. But unfortunately, that is not the case anymore."
The petition received nearly 26,000 signatures, and on Thursday, Zola was notified by Hallmark that four of its ads would be removed.
When an ad buyer representing Zola asked the channel for an explanation, Hallmark in an email replied, We are not allowed to accept creatives that are deemed controversial."

Lot of angry faggots in that comment section.
I am surprised there are ads without lesbians and homos. Only halfway joking.
When I accidentally see two males or two females about to kiss, it makes me feel a little repulsed and sick. I can’t help it - I was born this way.
Was watching a show on Sling, commercial came on and two faggots kissed, I just turned the TV off and read a book, wishing I had some eye bleach. It’s disgusting. If people thing showing perverts in their ads will sell more product, well, good luck to them, because I am not buying or watching. I will never become “normalized” to having perverts pretend to be normal.
The execs try to capture a minute fraction of the buying public with this crap and PISS OFF their core customers. Common sense isnt common anymore.
Good! My Mom watches the Hallmark Channel(She’s been watching those Christmas movies) there is NO reason to show two women kissing during the commercials, I dont need to see that crap. They have the LOGO channel, you can show that sh*t on that network
Me too! You are not alone!!
Damn! My wife was gonna quit watching HM because of the ads. Now - it’ll be on the damned TV again.....run the ads please. Only way I can quit watching HM for good! ;-)
GOOD FOR HALLMARK.
My wife watches their channel regularly; me not so much, their productions just don’t really appeal to me.
The one good thing about their channel I DO LIKE, is that they are FAMILY FRIENDLY.
I can sit there and suffer through what I consider to be pretty bland fare and know that KIDS, and NORMAL PEOPLE, are being entertained without the standard network and cable BRAINWASHING!!!!
Eventually the Left is going to notice that the movies, TV shows, ads that feature homosexual sexuality flop. They keep losing money and doubling down.
I wonder if gays feel the same revulsion watching heterosexuals kiss? If they did I’d think they could understand the mainstream response better.
Before we get too excited, is their Big Gay Christmas still on?
Hallmark Channel CEO signals openness to gay Christmas films
At holiday dinners with liberal family members, just say this : “I love lesbians. I mean, who doesn’t love girl on girl porn?!”
Hallmark can go right on and drop the fag movie ideas they said they were thinking about.
Take a note.
Get woke and you WILL go broke.
Too late. They’re woke. Broke soon.
This goes to show exactly what works... It is the CONTROVERSY.
Our side merely needs to grow a darned spine and SPEAK UP.
Don’t ‘compromize’. Don’t be quiet.
I have noticed that although all the media except talk radio are liberal, TV ads are the most liberal of any.
This evil is increasing exponentially. In fifty years it's going to be like ..... Gen 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
