Trust me, it's all about to happen in the United States. The American people despise what Democrats are offering. A Trump landslide is coming.I'm not at all complacent. I expect Democrat cheating to break the 10%-of-all-votes boundary.

Trump is not a right wing radical. He was a New York City Democrat for years (as was I). It's a one party city. I suspect the author sees a connection between Trump and Johnson because both have crazy hair and messy private lives. Johnson made many disdainful comments about Trump prior to his election. Then he scurried to Trump Tower in the aftermath.

The modern left plays lip service to the working class. They have been hijacked by privilaged middle class metropolitans who actually despise the working class, and view them as racist, stupid gammons and deplorables. They fetishise immigrants and ethnic minorities and can barely conceal their contempt for the indigenous working class Britons (or Americans in the US).
Unfortunately for them, the white working class still vastly outnumber their prefered demographic groups, and immigrants without citizenship cannot vote, so they pissed all over the wrong people in their quest to attain power.

If Biden is the Dems nominee, then equating the UK election to next year in the US is not valid. The British Labour Party did not even try to hide their extremism, whereas Biden is carefully avoiding being associated with the AOC types in his party. The media will assist him in insulating himself from being identified with the left wing of the party.
