Good!
Roundup is not the cancer issue they are accusing them of.
This is just another money tree the lawyers have dreamed up.

Tort lawyers are far more poisonous than Roundup. those that paid off the IARC to set up this multi Billion dollar scam should be ‘rounded up’ and tried for criminal extortion.

I dislike Monsanto, but tort lawyers are just as bad. Ironic when the law has to fight for evil in the name of justice.

I think it is time to revive and reinstate the Original and Missing 13th Amendment.

America has degenerated into a tyranny of lawyers. The Roundup law suits are a travesty of lawyerly excess totally made up to raid the corporate money pot

A contract on the lawyers very being is justified.

The news here is that Trump has been fixing the EPA. This would never have happened with 0bama’s crew.

ARC classifies red meat, very hot beverages, emissions from frying food, even doing shift work as “probable” human carcinogens – in the same category as glyphosate. It lists pickled vegetables and caffeic acid in coffee, tea and broccoli as “possible” human carcinogens.

Unless these insane awards are stopped cold, no business will be safe from parasitical attorneys.

There is some comedy -- and rough justice of a sort -- in Monsanto now being desperate for the EPA to rescue it from adverse international research findings that Roundup is a potential carcinogen. Monsanto and other agrichemical vendors long fought the EPA as to the harms of DDT and other early and highly toxic products they sold to be so promiscuously sprayed on our foodstuffs for decades. Now the hated EPA is supposed to save Monsanto from the trial lawyers!

The larger point is that, like the tobacco companies before them, Monsanto and others in its line of business are notorious for heavy-handed tactics against both business adversaries and scientific critics, for paying off researchers, and for creating a mass of biased and unreliable scientific studies that they use to defend their agrichemical products. With a major case pending in the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Monsanto will soon get its day in court. Why isn't that enough?

I personally wouldn’t trust anything that kills plants

Regular old weeding is good enough for me and personally I don’t use power tools

I use a scythe and a rake It’s good exercise

Tort reform? Maybe that and a critical review of science and studies and how much injury attorneys and firms make off of falsely filed cases are in order. What say you, ABA?

It concludes that the chemical “is not likely to be carcinogenic to humans, unless the have the plant gene that it targets ...

More to the point 5 suicidal people tried to commit suicide by drinking the stuff right out of the barrel were the percentage is not the 2-4 % used to spray, but 46%.

One guy did die, the other 4 had very bad stomach aches.

There are no definitive scientific studies proving anything one way or another - most of the information out there is anecdotal and usually omits important points.

Environmental whackos did the same thing to DDT. They are directly responsible for the death of millions due to malaria around the world.
