Good luck finding a psychiatrist willing to sign the paperwork, and thus assume liability if the person subsequently shoots anyone, for any amount of money.

Because the next step will be the NY State insurance commissioner and medical authorities issuing a friendly letter to all mental health professionals that (1) they WILL be held liable, and (2) their insurance will NOT cover them.

2. Do you vote Democrat?
3. Are you in fear of being 'triggered'?
4. Have you ever sought out a 'safe space'?
5. Should the government help to take care of and protect the environment?
6. Under normal circumstances should a woman be able to have an abortion in the United States?
7. Should rich people pay more taxes to the government?
8. Should the United States welcome new immigrants and refugees?
9. Should the government help people who can not buy food, a place to live, or other things they need?
10. Should two men or two women be permitted to wed?

Answering 'yes' to any of these questions will result in a referral for further psychological testing.

Where's the mental-health evaluation requirement, to run for elected office? And - run for re-election? Just like one needs a re-exam on the vision/eye test, to a renew one's driver license. These freaking people vote on bills which allocate TRILLIONS.

And anyone filling monthly Alzheimer's/cognitive Meds from the Congressional pharmacy should be tested SEMI-ANNUALLY - and booted for any dx "issues" noted!!
