The U.S. Court of Appeals decided in a split decision the court could not decide on matters of climate policy. The president and Congress are the decision-makers on climate policy. The teenagers attorneys would now have to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to allow the trial to continue where it was filed in Oregon.
Twenty-one young climate activists were involved in Juliana v. United States. The group wanted a court order requiring the feds to implement a national plan to phase out carbon emissions.

A Townhall story about this, posted on FR this afternoon, says that the three judges were Obama nominees.

The answer in all liklihood is "YES."
Their ONLY excuse might be "when you're young, you're also stupid"... in this case, and in these times, these young 'uns fall into the category of "HOPELESS DUMBASSES!"
That means they'll still be thinking this way when they're 60 years old.

How did this case get beyond the District court, or even that far? Disgusting.
Apparently it started in 2015 under Obama’s watch...The group wanted a court order requiring the feds to implement a national plan to phase out carbon emissions....but the article doesn’t go into detail oon how it survived beyond the District court...
SCOTUS is unlikely to agree to hear this kind of foolishness.
Supreme Court shouldn’t touch this with a 10 ft. pole. There are many things they won’t rule on. Let this be another one.
