I read a report that those that died actually also had pneumonia. The thought was that the corona infliction resulted in pneumonia that did the killing

Shanghai's government (a city of 24.2 million) has told their workers not to come to work until February 10. Utility and medical workers excluded.

The New Year holiday has been extended to February 2 country wide....it is usually over January 30.

Shanghai is the largest container shipping port in the world. Expect shortages.
