The question then poses itself... why would Bolton submit such a manuscript, fully knowing the WH would be forced to prohibit the manuscript from going to the publisher ?
Going further, why would the publisher give him an advance on a book they can never publish ? (given my assumption that the advance bribe has already been paid)

The fact that the classified information has now been seen by uncleared persons because Bolton put it out there means Bolton should be prosecuted for disclosing classified information to unauthorized persons in unauthorized means.
It might be entertaining to have them be gladiators, but they’d probably just sissy slap. Maybe lions. I could see the gleeful spectators after Hillary’s gone: “Boy, I’m glad ‘e ate her”. “Yeh. At this point, what difference does it make.” “Why, that’s just deplorable.” “I know, I know, dear. I’m irredeemable.”
