“No offense but they cant turn away a process server. they have to accept lawful court documents.”
A process server in Florida told me (years ago) I just drop it on the ground in front of them and say, “You are served.”
To: knighthawk
the corrupt deep state ROUTINELY refuses legal
papers and then lies to the Judge claiming
they were not/or improperly served.
it is a routine lie KNOWN to all individuals
who file in federal court against these
bastards.
IF they are from the SS they should be fired,
and more likely are corrupt impostors who should be
arrested.
AG Barr, please pick up the white phone.

LOL!
The court considers the legal documents served as long as a physical attempt was made to do so at the residence of the person served.

Here you can petition the Court for alternate service including printing the entire complaint in the legal notice section of the newspaper of general circulation in that area.

“The Secret Service agent is an agent of the government with police powers so he could sign/accept the document from a legally certified process server...Time to haul the agents ass before a court or congressional committee, put him under oath, and ask/demand to know why he refused to accept a legally served document.”
Good point - since when did they become under her ‘management’?

She can be served by alternate service. If she fails to respond, she can lose automatically by default judgment. The only way to set aside a default is to show a valid reason why she couldn’t be served (refusal to receive process isn’t a valid reason) AND a meritorious defense.

I object to the secret service agents turning the process server away. That is NOT the job WE are paying them to do.

Brian Dunne, an attorney representing Gabbard, told the New York Post that Secret Service agents turned away a process server Tuesday
Why? We pay the Secret Service to protect Hillary from threats to her safety, not to protect her from lawsuits.
To: Secret Agent Man
I’m no lawyer, but I thought in circumstances like these that possibly a contempt of court charge could be dropped on her.

Brian Dunne, an attorney representing Gabbard, told the New York Post that Secret Service agents turned away a process server Tuesday when the server tried to deliver the lawsuit to Clinton’s home in Chappaqua, N.Y., north of New York City.WTF? How the hell can the secret service interfere with the proper service of legal documents?
