“But will anybody notice?.”

My understanding is they get their power and water from Israel. So, this may be a tad awkward. (I wonder If they thought this through.) Also, what about the Palestinian people who go to work in Israel? If there are no relations, how will they continue to do that?

Depends on the meaning of “cut off” I suppose. Sort of like these companies protesting against so called fossil fuels. Power company should say “Adios”. Enjoy your wind and solar. I guess they have plenty of wind and solar in the area adjacent to Israel?
