Everyone should be taking care of themselves who have been following this story closely. It's unbearable at times to handle the human suffering and information and videos coming out of China. If this does hit stateside full force you will need your energy.

Take breaks away from the news every day.
Eat well/take your vitamins etc..
Get some sunshine and exercise.
Get rest.
Allow yourself levity and distractions daily to balance out the horrible stories.
And #1 for me is pray.

And don't forget to laugh. (Proverbs 17:22)
