This is the very reason Hillary wasn’t under oath with Comey.
She could say whatever and not have to worry about perjury.

He says when Italians were trying to get rid of Berlusconi, a very similar demagogue, who also was amoral (he’s comparing to Trump) is means they were trying to get rid of Trump. He then lists how they went about it and calls Trump out for not submitting to testimony under oath before the House or Senate (a perjury trap).
