Forget about Impeachment, Here's a Legal Case that Actually Matters

President Trump’s acquittal on impeachment charges is welcome, but hardly the best news of the week. For, unnoticed until recently, another court proceeding advances, and win or lose, this matter can shake the globalist, deep state swamp off its here-to-now protected foundation.

The case in question is Lawrence W. Doyle and John F. Moynihan (Petitioners) v Internal Revenue Service (Respondents), a case where allegedly corrupt actions of the Internal Revenue Service itself may fall under the microscope. It likely involves as yet unprosecuted crimes by “charities” that are still corruptly directed by household names. For history of this case, and some tantalizing details, see here.

The names of Petitioners in the U.S. tax court case are familiar to many -- Doyle and Moynihan are self-described “financial bounty hunters” who are determined to police the waste, fraud and abuse that has grown exponentially of late, especially because the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice and Internal Revenue Service seem loath to go after the biggest of fish -- dynastic political families, billionaire donors, and all who enrich themselves at taxpayer expense.

In December 2018, Doyle and Moynihan threw down ample evidence of malfeasance by the network of loosely-affiliated Clinton Foundation “charities” before a Congressional oversight hearing chaired by Congressman Mark Meadows:

The government doesn’t want to go anything about it. They are stakeholders too.

You know these scams have been going on a long time when there is a Sinclar Lewis novel about it.

The deep state looks out for its own. But, you can bet they will spend thousands just to wrestle an extra 20 bucks from YOUR pocket.

My personal view is that as “satisfying” as it would be to see Hilly/Slick in orange jumpsuits (which will never happen, IMO), the “easiest”, most damaging thing you could do to the Clintons would be to ‘take away’ the Clinton Foundation from the Hilly/Slick grifters. If someone had the ‘will’ to follow the law/regulations, the Foundation could be ‘taken down’ fairly easily - for starters, revoke their tax exempt status. There are so many obvious violations regarding the Foundation, tax exempt status SHOULD HAVE BEEN REVOKED, years ago. Guess who at the IRS was overseeing foundations like the Clinton’s? Lois Lerner - now you know why she got a TOTAL pass on her illegal activities regarding the Tea Party/conservative groups. But I digress ......No foundation, no power/influence via the foundation, no endless money from the foundation to fund their lifestyle, and on it goes. BTW, Chelsea is at risk, too - neck deep in this foundation illegality.

When folks criticize not going after Hilly for the emails (make no mistake, I do believe this should have been done years ago, but I also think the optimal window of opportunity has gone by, thanks to the corrupt Cardinal Comey), I have a sneaking suspicion that Trump (who with his shark-like business acument understands what they’re doing & have done) realizes that the Foundation is what he needs to go after & destroy (legally of course - the Foundation is violating laws/regs & is corrupt) & as the Foundation goes, so go the Clintons. I think I’ve read that Trump does believe in ‘revenge’ ... Hilly certainly deserves it after the fake dossier, Russia, coup attempt, etc. One thing that has really been a surprise to me about Trump - he is an incredibly patient man, so after his re-election when he’ll have more breathing room (especially if the House gets flipped R), people like Hilly should be very afraid (again, IMO).

To see the details of why I posted the above, just duck duck go ‘Charles Ortel Clinton Foundation’. Here’s two links for you:

Charles Ortel has, for about two years now, appeared almost every Sunday and sometimes Wednesday as well, on Jason Goodman’s Crowdsource the Truth, which is on YouTube and I think backed up on Bitchute and or Gab.

Jason is an award-winning cinematographer, former Bernie Bot, who records the show from his apartment in NYC, where Charles also lives.

It is called Sundays with Charles Ortel. The Wednesday show is called Charles Ortel is Closing In.

I highly recommend it. Jason has a good sense of humor and is a good questioner, and Charles has lived a very interesting life in general and has a lot of good insights into many things.
