Newsom,
Your brain seems to be suffering from severe damage from?: Drug/alcohol abuse, bad DNA, and maybe an AIDs infection. All of which severely limits one's ability to think properly.

here’s the bottom line. State employment retirements are protected by the state constitution. Meaning you have to take the money out of the state budget to pay the pensions.
Gray Davis bumped up the t]retirements and Arnold, Jerry B and now Nuisance are doing nothing to stop the growing long term debt for employee pensions.

Ive never visited the Pacific coast. But Ive read enough about the history to recognize what a land of opportunity this region was for the rest of the nation particularly the incredible bounty of its agriculture. You're not missing much. Pretty to look at, can't swim in the water (too cold), and in the winter you get rain, fog and snow. Blechhh.
