It will accept “no answers” but notify the nearest Swat team that you are a terrorist!

That was definitely pre Trump. There was a citizenship question!

So what is your training in regard to those of us that don’t want to fill out all the information, just the count?

Are they asking about citizenship?

The census is required by the constitution. The little info I have on my ancestry largely comes from census records. The info you provide on the census may be your link to your descendants in the future.

Couldn’t have said it better myself, ozarker. I too have used older census forms to find out quite a bit about old relatives.
As far as dealing with people that don’t want to give out information, I really don’t know. We have a few days of training before they throw us out there in the public, and I’m sure they’ll tell us how to deal with it. Still, being petulant about giving simple information probably isn’t a good idea. Unless you live completely off the grid, most of what will be asked can probably be dug up on the Internet with very little difficulty!
Oh, and don’t blame guys like me if you want to make a “privacy” point. I’m sure there’s a “respondent is a Richard” option in the app. I will have no problem hitting said option and moving on.

Two adult citizens live here.
Of course that is subject to change without notice but we are the full time residents.

The info you provide on the census may be your link to your descendants in the future. So?
They should have kept the photo albums.
