One of the most cringeworthy moments I recall was when Al Gore drop-kissed Tipper on stage. It looked fake, contrived and inappropriate. And, he’s male and she is female. The stage just isn’t the place for any more than a quick peck on the cheek.
The same scene, male on male, would make the world snicker it it’s sleeve.
