Wow! I did not know that. Sure glad to see he’s come around. Thanks.
He knew perfectly well he faced a good deal of resentment for buying his way onto the stage, or at least he should have. The bickering and the cheap shots got all the press, but nothing new or informative was revealed for any of the candidates as to what the policies they advance would cost or do for the country or how they would behave as President, which I thought was the principal purpose of the debate. Snarky put-downs are free, you can get them anywhere on the Internet, but you can't run a country with them.
I’m with you on that. Bloomers kept his cool while the others piled on. Compared to the others, his confidence and restraint had to have impressed.
Bernie looked tired when he wasn’t indignantly calling out his armies of the forlorn. Picture an old codger waving his cane at kids wrecking his lawn—they were on his property dammit!
The campaign has just started. People can vote their fantasy now, but they’ll get more pragmatic at the end. They’ll grudgingly go with the odious Bloomers; he’s the only one who looks competent.
I tend to think so as well.....it could require a broker convention unless the Dem's have something or someone else up their sleeves. Will be interesting to see how super Tuesday rolls out as I wonder if any of the candidates will bow up...the DNC may just prop them all up financially to go the distance and force a broker convention.
