What is a “safe injection site”? A place where junkies get free needles?
They deserve every injection site they get.
Reap what you’ve sown. You’re nothing but serfs, got it yet? You will submit.
This have something to do with fracking?

* Get an anonymous Federal judge-president to poop out an anonymous “opinion” in his or her Black Clown Robes...
I might be cold, but the great majority of people who use these drugs are already dead. These safe houses are not going to save their lives. It will only cause problems for a good neighborhood. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this facility burnt to the ground at some point.
I’ve always felt every large city needed a 4-6 block area fenced and walled off from the outside, where drugs, prostitutes, and other assorted vice could be rampant. One way in, one way out. and a morgue and crematorium to burn the dead the next day.
That way the rest of the city could remain “clean”.
Nowhere near where the judge lives.
"Huge" McHugh is a district judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania [Third Circuit Court of Appeals].
On August 1, 2013, president Æthelblack the Unready, First Kenyan president of the United States, nominated McHugh to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, to the seat vacated by Judge Harvey Bartle III, who took senior status on October 1, 2011.
On January 16, 2014 his nomination was reported out of committee. On Thursday March 13, 2014 Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid filed a motion to invoke cloture on the nomination.
On March 26, 2014, cloture was invoked on the nomination in a 5643 vote. He was later confirmed that same day by a vote of 5941. He received his judicial commission on March 28, 2014.
McHuge was not wanted on the bench by the Republicans, apparently for good reason.
Them complaining is akin to a five year old saying how he doesn't wanna eat his peas. The dem "parents" tell him too bad, take your medicine. you don't get a say and really, he doesn't. Same thing here.
Does anyone realize that illegal drug money is behind all of this? Obviously the drug lords would love to have cities offer safe havens for their products use and getting the public used to hard core addiction.
It’s going to happen in Denver. A local talk show host managed to get it waylaid a year or so ago, but Denver is now thoroughly corrupt with a Mayor who managed to steal evidence (not kidding) showing he engaged with a high-zoot prostitute group, a Gay Governor who pushes all the correct left wing buttons, and a legislature that managed to try to destroy the state’s oil industry and introduce gun confiscation laws shortly after they were sworn in.
Short summary of the above paragrapH: Colorado is now completely Dimbulbcrat controlled, so it is corrupt with no real hope for long-term improvement. If it’s a dumb*ss idea that financially benefits the ruling class, it’ll be done. Screw the proles.
Result, yup, they’ll institute “safe drug death” silently just like Philly as the Denver press (which struggles to reach an average of high two-digit IQ) bends over and assumes the Obama position for any left wing proposal.
We eagerly await Revolution II here in Colorado, and methinks it will come.
Sounds like the perfect place for a pure Fentynol franchise.
Move it to the Judges front yard.
NIMBYs... They were OK with addicts wandering around someone else’s neighborhood, in front of someone else’s place of business.
All id which has been done in San Francisco
Even small towns have needle exchange sites, but they do prohibit injection there.
