Gregg Jarrett Predicts No Justice From Durham Probe
Gregg Jarrett ^ | 7 hours ago | JARRETT STAFF

Posted on 02/28/2020 9:29:24 PM PST by conservative98

guest-hosting the Lou Dobb’s Show, Gregg Jarrett stated that he doubted the Durham probe would lead to any members of the deep state being charged. Gregg made his prediction during a conversation with Jason Chaffetz regarding the probe:

Gregg Jarrett: Your former colleague, Congressman Doug Collins, said today that he believes that the John Durham investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia hoax and the FISA abuse and so forth will lead to criminal charges. I personally doubt that very much.

Chaffetz: I think it’s warranted, based on the information we have already seen and already know. My greatest hope is attorney general Barr. He has been the ray of hope and light so far. I don’t believe director Wray, the FBI director, is a reformer. But between Durham and Barr it’s our best hope. But I don’t know. Let’s think about this, Greg. The inspector general made a cripple mall referral on the deputy assistant director and laid out the case, and it was rejected. The guy was taking money. He was going to dinners. He took sealed court documents and gave them to the media and they didn’t prosecute him. When you have a simple easy case like that and you don’t prosecute, what about something else?

Gregg Jarrett: Even the guy who literally altered documents. I bet you he’s going to skate, too. That’s my prediction. That’s how it’s going at the DOJ

The Clintons have been getting away with crimes for 30 years and nothing has happened to them and never will. They ARE above the law!

I am so naive. I—of all people—am well aware of the danger of mindless optimism, and here I have allowed myself to succumb to it.

If he was tired of waiting for justice, he would order the DOJ and other agencies to immediately release thousands of FOIA documents that Conservatives have been trying to get for years.

In sharp contrast, Democrats were getting their impeachment FOIA documents from DOJ and other agencies in as little as two weeks.

Trump has the personal authority to release any document in the executive branch of government that is in the public interest.

Trump has released nothing - and he will release nothing in his second term, either.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Dems are getting FOIA documents, and they are still losing.
Trump is using strategy to disarm our enemies first, strip them of power and doing it in a way that changes the public’s perception without civil unrest, and President Trump is winning.
Had he acted earlier, he would not have the will of the people, economic success, and there would be a greater number of casualties, because the Deep State is not letting go of the US without fighting and they would be happy to foment civil unrest and attack soft targets. By starting with the bottom of the swamp and working upward, by the time the top creatures are taken, they will have no one supporting them to retaliate for them against citizens. As someone who watches the DOJ website, I can see evidence that Barr’s DOJ is serving the president’s strategy of draining the swamp.
Your post reveals the core of posts like yours - you claim Trump is incompetent and should removed; you just do it by indirect means (i.e., screeching about Barr or “waiting”). Since it’s FR you can’t post threads with titles like “REMOVE TRUMP FROM OFFICE NOW!” so you say “If he was tired of waiting for justice, he would order...”
Trump is diffusing a bomb constructed of world-wide components and massive US infiltration while people try to destroy him and his family, his country and you’d like us to believe he’s “delaying” for no strategic purpose (i.e., he’s incompetent) Winningest president ever and you’re here working to undermine the public’s faith in him. *smh*
Thanks for the Q-update, ransomnote.
You wrote: "Your post reveals the core of posts like yours - you claim Trump is incompetent and should be removed..."
Do you have a quote from my post to back that up?
Of course not.
Trump is not incompetent.
Trump is inert on the issue of consequential self-defense, which has damaged the GOP and the American Republic.
Trump should not be removed.
Trump is the most Conservative candidate who can be elected president.
I voted for him in 2016, and I will vote to reelect him in 2020.
Bottom Line...
If Conservatives do not hold Trump's feet to the political fire, who will?
I already explained that you are concealing your intentions so you ARE implying he's incompetent and YOU DO want him removed, but you convey this by stating that he has always had the power to do what is needed to drain the swamp but he will never do so. You make this claim as we approach Nov. 2020. Constant assertions like yours on the web and on the forum are meant to undermine his 2020 campaign and his next term.
How do I know? Because you and others who post as you do, do absolutely NOTHING to "hold the president's feet to the fire." You face the public and say, "Trump has released nothing - and he will release nothing in his second term, either." Saying he's a lost cause is not the same as holding him accountable.
You are asserting that he's either incompetent or corrupt in the face of threats to our sovereignty and survival as a republic, but you do so indirectly.
"Trump is inert on the issue of consequential self-defense, which has damaged the GOP and the American Republic."
You're saying that he's violating the most basic, core promise and responsibility to the American people. You want people to give up on him. Without the support of the public, he will have a harder time winning reelection and continuing his success.
"Holding his feet to the fire" is not the same and insisting to readers that he is unwilling to keep his promises, uphold his responsibilities as president, and will refuse to change throughout 8 years!
Your fig leaf is too thin - shrieking DOOM! like you and others do is just you, hard at work, trying to convince others to select someone else for president in 2020 while false claims he's corrupt/incompetent.
Best president ever and you just can't say enough bad about him. *smh*
“That’s the last thing I do. I understand the silent war that is taking place. The difference between me and you quislings is I understand that our side is fighting it.
You people think we’re not.”
LOL. I love how you have designated yourself to be the self claimed oracle, channeling Trump’s mind. You sure do love to see in print your windbag propensities. Much blather signifying nothing. But enjoy yourself, no one else is.
Mueller and impeachment have harmed the Republican Party, the American political system, and the rule of law.
Trump’s indolent response to that harm is inexcusable.
Did you recuse yourself doing the early days of the Mueller Coup? POTUS floated the idea of firing Mueller and was very publicly threatened by his own party not to do it. Also, I believe his WH counsel advised against it and threatened to resign.
The history of that period has yet to be written yet you indict POTUS for things we really have no idea about what happened. How is that fair?
On this thread I talked only about Trump's failure to expedite pro-Trump FOIA requests for Conservative organizations when, at the same time, Democrats were getting anti-Trump FOIA documents in a couple weeks.
I also criticized Trump for his failure to release thousands of anti-Deep State documents in the public interest.
As to Mueller - Trump needed to fire Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein thirty seconds after Sessions recused himself.
Firing Mueller would have been completely pointless.
Trump also needed to announce - from Day One - that he was going to publicly release EVERY document generated by the Mueller investigation one minute after Mueller's final report came out.
