No alternative yet offered up to replace Trump indicates that in any way shall things get better. We are in rough seas, and casting the captain overboard is not the wisest of strategies. So far, Trump has steered INTO the storm, and shows every evidence this is the best course for long-term recovery, as the sea again calms down.
Going catty-wampus of the storm now is a sure way to capsize.

Additionally our health care system is in a major nat’l emergency mode in preparing for what is currently the unknown ...all are doing their part as I see it. And we know the length and severity of this virus varies depending on the overall health of the individual, which is usual with any virus.
However common sense and wisdom is not always possible for those who are fearful individuals anyway. And they also create unnecessary alarm by being so. Additionally foreigners here from 3rd world countries are often easily shaken because many bring with them supersititions etc. Their emotional makeup differs.

Yes, I can. But...I just watched a youtube from Czech Republic. All schools are closed, all restaurants are closed, public gatherings over 30 banned, etc. etc. you know the drill. They have over 300 cases and 0 deaths so far.
I can understand many people’s cynicism about press coverage of this. But the fact that many countries are taking extreme measures to curb the spread of this disease tells me that this truly is a big deal and will likely get much bigger here in the US and other nations over the next week or so.
I think national leaders are getting very seriously bad news about the Wuhan virus.
