In Spain, where I live, the epicenter of the outbreak is Madrid. Now all the coastal cities have roadblocks set up to turn back people coming from Madrid, even if they have vacation homes. Same thing with any inland cities, they are being prevented from spreading.

Sorry, I thought he was referring to NYCers leaving to go to FL. I lived in Miami/Coral Gables for 5yrs back in the 70s, and know there’s no basements and tunnels, down there.
