The police are your enemy, folks. They are always your enemy, whether there is a made up emergency or not.
Now police have pre-crime as a tool to further restrict your freedoms such as red flag laws. They also have martial law declared but don’t have to use the words to describe the situayion.
These police are horrible, power hungry people who get off on controlling others.

Some of these municipal governments may face financial insolvency as a result of the flood of First Amendment lawsuits that are almost certainly going to be coming in the near future.
One of the things to remember about a civil/religious rights lawsuit is that it's one of the few categories of civil suits where the plaintiff's right to recover punitive damages and legal fees is written into the law.

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron encouraged religious Kentuckians to use the method for their Sunday worship, arguing that they should have that right as long as drive-through services are still available for liquor stores, restaurants and other businesses. For those who don't know, Comrade Governor Bashear is a Democrat. Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron is a Republican. He's also black.

Remember when the AIDS Epidemic started and anyone who even suggested Doctors should report Gay Men with the Disease be reported to the Health Department were vilified even though it was the standard procedure for anyone with an Communicable STD at the time?
The Health Department would then track down any Sexual Partners to be sure they were treated to prevent the spread of the STD.
Then they blamed POTUS Reagan for AIDS killing Gay Men.

That would be US Code, Chapter 42 Section 1988.

Why on earth a state like Kentucky would elect a democrat governor in this day and age is beyond me. Kentucky, you reaping what you’ve sown.

What if the person who drove the car to church is not the registered owner? What if the vehicle is registered to a corporation?
Maybe the gov should have thought this through before he issued his edict.

Many Kentucky Republicans voted for Beshear because they didn’t like the Repubican Governor, Matt Bevin. I hope that they are happy. Stupid is as Stupid does.

I saw a video on youtube some years ago about NOT talking to the police and I recoiled at it.
Move along some years later and having some more maturity & experience I understand more.
They may put on a smiley face and be friendly, but they see their jobs to find suspects to deliver to the prosecution if even with the most remote hint of a connection.
Added to the fact that many times the prosecution has withheld evidence that would have released the suspect (i.e. YOU or ME), then kiss your freedom goodbye and say Hello Bubba to your new cellmate for the next few yrs!
They dont call it the Criminal justice system for nothing and the prisons are a front for a massive slave workforce!
